Month by month subscription/2 Day Week

This is a month to month subscription program. You receive 2 workouts per week scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays and Fridays depending on your preference. These can always be used when you choose.

Plan Includes

  • Scheduled workouts for 2 days a week

  • Water tracker and one week of a sample meal schedule

  • This plan is for someone who is at least familiar with Kettlebell workouts.

  • This plan is a great option for someone who is busy and may not be able to make a bigger commitment than 2 workouts a week.

How it works

  • Purchase the plan
  • Receive a welcome email and a schedule to start on either Monday or Tuesday.
  • The schedule will run either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, depending on your preference.
  • Start a plan and commitment for the month. Continue with your subscription and automatically receive a new schedule every month.
  • Cancel at any time
