Welcome to our first 6 Week Program on the 
App! This is for clients who are familiar and comfortable with kettlebell workouts. Here we go!

 6 Week Program Session 1

This is a great opportunity to get some one on one classes with me. You will receive a program written just for you and 2x a month live video classes. Spaces are limited and a great value at this price. I will be working closely each week with you on your progress and goals, connecting through the app. I am excited to be sharing this new option with you and being able to work closely with you! Let's do this!

One on One Fitness Program

This is a month to month subscription program. You receive 2 workouts per week scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays and Fridays depending on your preference. These can always be used when you choose.

Month by month subscription/2 Day Week

This is a month to month subscription with 3 workouts each week. These workouts will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday of each week. This is a plan for people who are familiar with Kettlebell excercises or who have taken the Intro to Kettlebell program. 

Month by month subscription/ 3 day a week

Here we go! This is the plan you want after you have finished our first session of the 6 week program! We step it up here and we are doing 4 Intense workouts a week! LETS GET IT!!!!

I have put together a short and sweaty program for those of you with a little bit of a squeeze in your schedule or even for those of you who are looking for a shorter workout for your training.

Short and Sweaty 6 Week Program 1

This training program includes workouts tailored to YOUR needs. You will have one LIVE IN PERSON training session with me per weekly. I will create an online course custom to your needs. 

In Person (Weekly) ONE ON ONE program

This training program includes workouts tailored to YOUR needs. You will have one LIVE IN PERSON training session with me bi-weekly. I will create an online course custom to your needs. 

In Person (Bi-Weekly) 1 on 1 training program

This training program includes workouts tailored to YOUR needs. You will have one LIVE IN PERSON training session with me per MONTH. I will create an online course custom to your needs.
